Cancellation of Orders

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this web-site within 7 days of placing your order. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; or audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed.

To cancel, send us an email or phone us (for details see our contact page).

• If we have not yet dispatched the goods, we will cancel your order and make an immediate repayment.
• If we have already dispatched the goods, you will need to return them to us within 30 days of cancellation.

  • Please pack any returned goods with care and protection as we cannot be responsible for damage during return shipment.
  • Please obtain proof of posting.
  • If the value of the returned goods exceeds £27.00 you may wish to use Special Delivery.
  
  Once we have received the goods in a satisfactory condition, we will make a repayment for the cost of the goods, but not the cost of postage.

Returns and Replacements

We work hard to provide good service and high quality products.

• If goods have been damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. You may be asked to return the original goods to us.
• If there is anything missing from your order, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can send them on.
• If goods are faulty, please return them to us, in their original packaging, within 30 days of receipt. Let us know whether you would like a replacement, credit or a refund.
• If you are dissatisfied with the goods for any other reason or if we have failed to provide the level of service you expected, please let us know so that we can rectify the situation.

In all cases please:

• Provide your name and contact details
• Provide the order number and date of order
• Let us know the date goods were received by you
• Provide details of missing items (if applicable)
• Please pack any returned goods with care and protection as we cannot be responsible for damage during return shipment.

• If the value of the returned goods exceeds £27.00, please obtain insurance.

Prices, Postage and Packing Charges

All prices are shown in £s sterling. VAT is currently charged at 17.5%. All products are subject to availability.

Postage charges are dependent on the value of goods ordered and the delivery address. This charge will be added to the order total at the checkout.
