Reframing Frameworks: Part 1 – Making EA Frameworks Your Ally

Reframing Frameworks: Part 1 – Making EA Frameworks Your Ally – While frameworks are generally seen as a necessary theoretical  backbone for architecture, they are often perceived as being too  abstract, with little direct relevance in the architect’s daily  routine. But for experienced enterprise architects, frameworks  are a constant guide, used to direct and manage everything they  do. How can we revive the role of the EA  framework to make our work easier and to measure demonstrable  architectural progress and value? In this Executive  Update, the first in a four-part series, we’ll explore how  reframing frameworks can restore them from something that is  misunderstood and problematic to a highly practical day-to-day  ally.
